Blood Orange & Pear Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries, cut into quarters

1 cup Raspberries

2 Oranges, peeled and cut into ½ “ pieces

2 cups Red Seedless grapes, cut in half

2 Gala apples, cored cut into ½” cubes

½ cup Roasted Almonds, chopped

Dressing:

¼ cup Blood Orange Vinegar

¼ cup Pear Vinegar

Preparation:

1- Mix all the ingredients except the nuts together in a large bowl.

3- Let stand for 20 min – 1hr to infuse

4- Serve in a martini or wine glass and top with almonds
