Pear Vinegar – Prosciutto – Blue Cheese salad

Serves 2

Ingredients:

10 Slices of Prosciutto

¾ cup Blue cheese, crumbled

½ cup Candied Walnuts

1 Pear pealed and cut into strips

Salad:

1 ½ cup Watercress leaves

1 ½ cup Arugula

1 ½ cup Boston Lettuce

½ cup parsley

Dressing:

¾ cup Pear Vinegar

¼ cup Olive oil

Sea Salt

Pepper

Preparation

1- In a large bowl toss together all salad ingredients

2- mixx the dressing in a separate bowl and mix into the salad

3- Season with salt and black pepper to taste
